WHAT IS DANGEROUS CHEMICAL PRODUCT?
Dangerous chemical product is a constant compound and chemical property. It cannot be separated into smaller components by physical separation method without fracturing the chemical bonds. Chemicals have gaseous, liquid, solid and plasma.
Chemicals exist in gaseous, liquid, solid and plasma states and can change state under the influence of temperature or pressure. Chemical reactions will react with each other and form another substance.
Forms of energy, as light and heat are not considered chemicals.
DANGEROUS CHEMICAL PRODUCT TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Dangerous products are kinds of goods containing dangerous substances that cause damage to health, life of human, environment, safety and national security.
According to chemical and physical properties, dangerous products are classified into the following 9 categories:
- Category 1: Explosives, micco-industrial explosive
- Category 2: Flammable gas, inflammable gas, toxic gas and non-toxic gas
- Category 3: Flammable liquid and liquid explosives with reduced sensitivity
- Category 4:Flammable substances, reagent and substances with reduced sensitivity,
- Category 5: Oxidants, organic compound
- Category 6: Possion and affect chemical
- Category 7: Radioactive
- Category 8: Corrosives
- Category 9: Dangerous substances and goods remaining

The condition of dangerous chemical product transportation:
- Transporting dangerous chemical products has to comply with the regulations of law Decree No.104/2009/ND-CP on traffic safety and order by route and rail, the regulations of relating law.
- After the chemical product has been packed and marked according to the regulations in circular No.08/2012TT-BYT, transporting of chemical products are allowed.
- Agencies, organization and personal (also called transportation basis), transporting chemical of 1000kg/container/time or more have chemical transport license.
- Transportation basis delivers chemical products under 1000kg/container/time needn’t chemical transport license but complying with the provisions of Section II of Circular No.08/2012/TT-BYT.
- Trailers are not allowed to transport chemical products.
- Chemicals that react with each other are not allowed to transport.
- Dangerous chemical goods are not allowed to transport passengers, food, flammable substance, and another product.
- Using materials are suitable for each chemical as prescribed in article 25 of the Health Ministry’s Circular dated June 30, 2011 on chemical management, insect repellent, anti-virus in household and health sector.
- Sticking symbol of physical properties of a chemical according to Form No.1 of Appendix 1 with Circular No.08/2012/TT-BYT. The size of symbol of physical properties is 100mm x 100mm for each chemical and stick on the container 250mm x 250mm.

PACKAGING FOR DANGEROUS PRODUCTS
Packaging for dangerous goods, wrap, dangerous chemical containers have to be suitable for regulations and standards on packaging of industrial dangerous chemical or international standards approved by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry.
Wrap, dangerous goods containers have labels according to the regulation of Government Decree No.89/2006/ND-CP of June 30, 2006 on goods labeling.
